Off The Street (OTS) Terms of Service may change or be updated from time to time. It remains your responsibility to access and check these Terms of Service wherever you access the Website. The latest version of these Terms of Service will govern any future usage by you of the Website and its associated services.

The Website and its associated services allows you to donate and raise funds for activities, events and charitable causes for OTS and other charities. It is your responsibility to check that you are donating to the Cause you intended.

Donations

Once your donation is made, it will only be refunded to you with the prior written consent of the Cause to whom it has been made. A donation is refunded, however OTS reserves the right to invoice the Cause for the amount of the refund and the Cause must agree to settle that invoice within one (1) month of the date of the invoice.

Use of your donation

Donations will be used towards the specific cause it was donated to and not used for any other than the project it was intended for.

It is your sole responsibility, as a user of the Website, to ensure that the cause stated to be supported is one that you wish to support.
