Your career is one of the most important aspects of your life, that’s why we’re excited to offer our free weekly Online Careers webinar.

This webinar is designed to help you understand the different career options available to you, and how to choose the right one for your unique skills and interests. During these webinars, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from a variety of guests who work in different careers. They’ll share their experience and advice and you’ll have the chance to ask questions and get advice.

Hosts will present their journeys to date and discuss the challenges and obstacles they had to overcome to succeed in their roles from GCSEs and A Levels, to University and the working world.

Come and ask them any questions including:

1. Why didn’t you attend university?
2. How important are GCSE and A Level results?
3. How difficult is it to succeed at University/in your career being from an ethnic minority and Muslim background?
4. What’s the best approach to writing a personal statement/CV?

And any other questions you may have!

GCSE results are the first major milestone in anyone’s career journey, and results day is coming up on Thursday 25 August.

The next Summer careers session will be led by Rashida (Associate Assistant Principal at Beal High School) who will explain how best to prepare for GCSE results, what to do once you receive your results, and the choice of A-Levels and colleges/sixth forms thereafter.
